Accounts and site content are stored on Pavilion, the platform that hosts this site. This site does not take card payments, so no card numbers are stored.
Access control
Customers sign in with their own email and password and see only their own account. Staff tools require an account that HSKRG Test Business (PLAT-81) has given a staff role.
Transport & application security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, and sign-in sessions use secure, httpOnly cookies. Public forms are rate-limited.
Vendor processors
Pavilion hosts the site and accounts, and sends site email through its email delivery provider. Each provider handles data under its own terms and security program.
